The Maratha Enterprise

We are over at Shop No.7 on Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg. Most people just call it LBS Marg. Our place is in Nityanand Nagar in Ghatkopar. It is very easy to find because we are right near the Shreyas Cinema Bus Stop. You can see the people waiting for the bus from our front door. The Maratha Enterprise is a small operation. We have been in this shop for a while. The space is a bit tight with all our stuff but we make it work. Ghatkopar is always moving so there is never a dull moment. We get a lot of people stopping by while they wait for their bus. It is a good spot for that. The noise from the traffic on LBS Marg is constant but you stop hearing it after a few months. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and stay until the evening. Sometimes we stay late if there is extra work to finish. It is just a regular Ghatkopar business. We know the bus drivers and the people who sell snacks nearby. It feels like a small community even though it is a big city. Shop No.7 is where we do everything. It is a practical way to run a business. We keep our supplies organized as much as possible but the place has a lived-in feel to it which we don't mind at all.
