Thakur Dental Clinic

We are located right on Station Road in Santacruz West. If you know the area, you probably know Modern Sweet Mart; we are just on the first floor above that shop. It’s a busy spot because the station is so close. Our building is called Piyu Cottage. It’s an older place, but it stays sturdy. To get to Thakur Dental Clinic, you have to walk up the stairs. The landing is a bit narrow. We have a few benches for people to sit on while they wait. The windows look out toward Bhagvan Collection across the street. Sometimes the noise from the traffic comes inside, but we are used to it by now. We usually open up in the morning before the market gets too crowded. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take the rickshaw. There is a small desk where we keep the patient files. They are all paper, kept in folders. We have the dental chairs in the back rooms. The lighting is bright enough to see what we are doing. We don’t have fancy decorations on the walls, just some old posters. It’s a practical space. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. On rainy days, the floor gets a little muddy from people coming in, so we keep a mop handy. It’s just how things go here in Santacruz. Most of our tools are kept in metal trays that we scrub down every single afternoon.
