Thacker Polyclinic

Our clinic is located at 101 Eric House on 16th Road in Chembur. We are quite close to Ambedkar Garden, which is a nice landmark to have nearby. Chembur is such a busy area, and 16th Road is no exception, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Eric House is an older building, but it has character and everyone in the neighborhood seems to know it. We are up on the first floor, so there are a few stairs to climb, which is something to keep in mind. We have been here for quite some time, and the rooms have that lived-in feel. It’s not like those shiny new corporate hospitals you see in the malls. We just have the basics: some chairs, desks, and the medical stuff we need. The staff here is mostly local, and we often chat about the traffic or the weather while we're getting things ready for the day. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the waiting area gets full and people have to stand for a bit, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s just a regular polyclinic where we deal with all sorts of everyday health issues. We like being near the garden because it gives us a bit of greenery to look at during our lunch breaks when the weather is actually nice and it isn't raining.
