Devki Nurses Bureau

We are located at Sion 10, right in the middle of everything. Devki Nurses Bureau is basically just a few of us coordinating schedules and talking to families. We know how it is when someone at home gets sick and you need an extra pair of hands. It’s a lot of responsibility, and we take it seriously, even if our office is just a plain room with a couple of desks. Time is mostly spent on the phone checking in on our staff and making sure they reached their shifts on time. Sion is a hectic area, but things stay organized somehow. It isn't always easy finding the right person for every house, though we try our best. Sometimes we are short-staffed because people go back to their villages for festivals, and those days are tough to manage. Fancy software isn't something we use; it's mostly notebooks and memory. People walk in all the time asking for help for their elderly parents or for someone recovering from surgery. We listen, write down the details, and see who is available in our books. It’s straightforward work. No big speeches or polished presentations happen here. The focus is just on making sure the patients are looked after and the nurses have steady work. That’s been our routine for a long time now at Sion 10. We don't change much because this way of working has always served us well.
