Holy Cross Nurses Placement Agency is based out of Shivaji Nagar, near the Raj Palya bus stop on White Field Road. This part of Bangalore is always moving, especially with all the traffic heading towards the IT hubs. But we are focused on healthcare staffing. Our office is a busy little place. There are always people coming in to ask about nursing jobs or hospitals looking for staff. We have a couple of desks and a lot of registers where we keep track of names and contact details. It’s not a polished corporate office. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the walls are covered with calendars and notices. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to nurses and clinics. Being near the bus stop is helpful for people traveling from different parts of the city. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by mouth. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for a while now, so people know where to find us. It can get a bit loud with the buses and the horns outside, but we just keep the door shut and carry on. The staff here is friendly but we stay very busy with the paperwork. It’s a straightforward agency. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up when things get hectic.
