Teamqed Retail Design & Production

Our workplace is Teamqed Retail Design & Production. We are located in the Dhanesh Compound, which is part of the old Ruby Silkmills on Civil Road in Goregaon West. It is an industrial kind of area, so there is always the sound of machines or trucks moving about. We have a good amount of space here for our production work and design tasks. It isn't a clean, white office like you see in movies. There are tools, materials, and sketches lying around everywhere. We are usually busy making things or planning out how something should look in a store. The compound has a lot of history and it feels like a real place of work. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you will just find one of us covered in dust or looking at a computer screen. It is a hands-on business. We like being in Goregaon because it is central for a lot of our supplies. The building is older, but it serves our needs well. We spend most of our hours here, sometimes late into the night if a project is due. It is just a group of us who enjoy building things and seeing them come together. If you find the Ruby Silkmills, you are basically there. It is a gritty spot but we get plenty of work done throughout the week.
