Event Venues & Avenues

Event Venues & Avenues is based in J B Nagar in the 601 to 604 block. It is a decent sized office where we handle all the coordination for different spaces around the city. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones and checking digital calendars to see what dates are open. The office is usually full of floor plans and photos of different halls or outdoor spots. J B Nagar is a busy hub so there is always something happening right outside our building. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations inside because we are mostly focused on the logistics of other people's events. It is a lot of back and forth with caterers and decorators and people who need a place for a gathering. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and usually eat lunch together while talking about the next day's schedule. It is not a very formal environment and we often have papers scattered across the big table in the middle of the room. We just try to keep all the details straight so that nothing gets missed when the date actually arrives. Most of the staff lives nearby so we are used to the rhythm of this part of town. It is just steady work in a busy part of Mumbai.
