Tangy Tomato

We are over at number 9, Gagangiri, right on Carter Road in Khar. Tangy Tomato is the name on the door. It’s a small place, honestly, and we spend most of our time in the kitchen. Being on Carter Road means we see a lot of people walking by, especially in the evenings when the weather is decent. We mostly handle food orders for people in the neighborhood. It gets a bit hectic during dinner time, and sometimes the counter gets a little messy when we're in a rush. We don't have any big corporate backing or a fancy office. It’s just us working with what we have. Most people know us because they live nearby or walk their dogs past the shop. We try to keep the menu simple so we don't get overwhelmed. Sometimes we run out of things if it's been a busy day, which is just part of running a small food business. The space isn't huge, so things can feel a bit cramped if a few people show up at once. We've been in Khar for a bit now and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s a nice enough spot to be. We just open up, cook the food, and handle the customers as they come in. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a local shop called Tangy Tomato trying to do its thing every day, no matter how busy the road gets.
