Tainwala Chemicals & Plastics (I) Ltd

We are over at Tainwala House on Road No. 18 in the M.I.D.C. area of Andheri East. Anyone who works in Mumbai knows Andheri East is a massive maze of offices and factories. Our building, Tainwala House, has been here for years. We do a bit of everything involving chemicals and plastics. It’s a busy place. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a delivery driver or a manager from another department. The traffic on Road 18 can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we usually stick around a bit later to avoid the rush. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s more traditional, with desks and cabins and lots of files. We focus on getting the product out to the people who need it. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains hit and the streets flood, but we keep the wheels turning. Most of the people here have been with the company for a long time. We’ve seen the industry change, and we’ve seen Andheri transform into this huge commercial hub. We just do our part. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what we promise. The lunchroom is where you’ll hear the most noise, with everyone sharing food and stories. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. We just show up and get the job done.
