Promis Dental System

Our place is in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli. We are located near the Shivaji statue, in the Station Plaza area. It’s a very busy spot because it’s so close to the station. We deal with dental systems and equipment, so our shop is full of technical items that most people wouldn't recognize. We have shelves stacked with spare parts and various tools used by dentists. The building is quite old and the entrance can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for it. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to clinics or checking our stock. The area outside is always buzzing with people catching trains or grabbing snacks from the stalls. We have a small desk where we handle the billing and a couple of stools for when someone stops by to pick up an order. We don't have a showroom or anything fancy like that. It’s more of a supply hub. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor has some scuff marks from moving heavy crates around. We’ve been in Vikhroli for a good number of years now. We start our day early to beat the worst of the commute. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on keeping the inventory organized so we can find what's needed quickly when a call comes in. We usually keep some spare bulbs and tools handy for quick repairs. We see the same couriers every day. It's a practical way to run a small business.
