If you find yourself on Mahakali Caves Road, you will probably pass by the Niraj Industrial Estate. That is where we are, at No. 7, running Syncom Formulations India Ltd. It is a solid building, nothing too flashy, which suits us just fine. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The work we do involves a lot of details and making sure everything is lined up according to the rules. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open when we can. The neighbors in the estate are mostly other businesses like ours, so there is a lot of back and forth on the loading docks. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. It is just us, the staff, making sure the products get out on time. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still make it in to get the work done. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area. It is a simple life here at the office. We do not try to be something we are not. We just take care of the formulations and manage the inventory. It is a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls with suppliers. That is what a typical Tuesday or Wednesday looks like for us. We just try to stay organized and keep the business moving without any unnecessary fuss.
