We've been at No. 80/a in the Government Industrial Estate for a while now. Charkop is a busy place in Kandivali West, mostly full of factories and warehouses. Erica Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is just one of the many spots here. It's not a fancy office, just a practical space where we handle all the pharmaceutical work. Some days the traffic in Kandivali is a nightmare, but we manage to get things done. The building is solid, though it shows its age like most places in an industrial zone. We spend most of our time dealing with boxes and paperwork. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but that is just part of working in this part of town. People often ask for directions because the estate is quite large. We usually tell them to look for the specific block number since everything looks similar. Our team is small, just local people mostly who live nearby or take the train. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It's more of a functional site for manufacturing and storage. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have backups for the important stuff. It is just a normal business day most of the time, making sure the orders are right and the stock is moving. We like being in Charkop because it's a hub for this kind of work. There's always a truck loading or unloading somewhere nearby. It feels like a real working neighborhood.
