Swastik Clinic

This is Swastik Clinic. We are situated in the Kashmira Building, right in the first block of Chembur. It’s in Section 17-E. Our space is on the ground level, which makes it easy for older folks to get inside without worrying about stairs. Chembur is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a small team here. Most of us have worked together for a long time. The clinic isn't very large, but we have enough room for the patients who come by. We spend a lot of time cleaning and organizing the files. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. We see people for all sorts of regular health checks. The building is a bit older, so we are always fixing a leaky tap or a flickering light. It’s just how things are in these older parts of the city. People come in from the nearby residential blocks. Sometimes they just stop by to ask a question or drop off a report. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us here in the clinic. The chairs in the waiting room are a little worn out, but they are comfortable enough. We open early in the morning. Usually, the first hour is the busiest. We just try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a local place for local people who need a doctor nearby. We’ve been here for years.
