Suresh Patel

You can find me over at Monica Sadan in Malad East, right up in room 404. It’s a typical building in this part of the city, and I’ve been working out of this space for a while now. My work involves a lot of documents and meetings with people who need help with various things. I don't really have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It’s mostly just me at my desk, surrounded by folders and a computer that’s seen better days. Malad East is a lively area, and there’s always something happening on the street below. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a few years. People come by when they have questions about their paperwork or need some advice on a project. I try to keep things straightforward and tell it like it is. I’m not into using big words or making things sound more complicated than they are. If someone has a problem, we sit down and look at the details until we find a solution. It’s a very hands-on way of working. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done. I’ve lived and worked in Mumbai long enough to know that being reliable is what matters most to people. That’s why I keep the door open and stay focused on the tasks at hand every single day.
