Super Chillers Pvt. Ltd. is based at 8, Park Road in Vile Parle (East). It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real nightmare if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, tucked away from the main chaotic roads. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of talk about cooling systems and parts. We aren't a massive factory; it's more of a local setup where we manage everything from the office and a small storage space. You’ll usually find us messing around with technical manuals or checking on service schedules. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the office with all the files and the occasional spare part sitting in the corner. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of our regulars just know us as the people to call when something isn't getting cold enough. We spend a lot of time out at sites too, so the office is sometimes quiet. We like being in Vile Parle because it’s easy for the staff to get to, and there are good spots nearby for a quick lunch. It’s just a simple business, run by people who have been doing this for years. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, just us and the tools we use for the jobs.
