We are located right in the heart of the busy market area near Manish Market. Most days here start early because the traffic on Gandhi Road gets quite heavy by midday. Our shop is up on the first floor, in units 301 and 302. It is not a very big space but we make it work for everything we do. Most people know us because we have been in this spot for a while now. Dealing with import and export means there is always a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and sometimes the phone just doesn't stop ringing. You can hear the noise from the street downstairs all day long. It's just how Mumbai is. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms where we handle our business and keep things moving. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up so we end up taking the stairs which is good exercise I guess. The staff here has been together for some time so we know how each other works without saying much. We try to get things shipped out on time but sometimes the customs or the weather has other plans. If you are coming to visit, it is better to take a rickshaw or public transport because parking near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road is basically a nightmare. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day.
