Our setup is in Nerul, specifically at the Sagar Kinara CHS in Sector 48. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know this is a pretty decent residential and commercial mix. Sterling And Wilson Pvt Ltd has its office in C-23/14, which is a bit of a mouthful to say but easy to find once you are in the sector. It’s a typical society building, so there is always some activity going on, people moving in and out, and the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be a big fancy corporation with a hundred floors. We just have our space where we handle the daily grind. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paper, as we tend to keep track of things the old-fashioned way sometimes. Lunch usually involves someone bringing something from home or hitting one of the small shops around the corner. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just know what needs doing every morning. The commute via the harbor line or the Palm Beach Road makes it accessible for most of us. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always some planning or data work to be handled. It is just a group of regular people working hard to make sure our projects stay on track without making a big deal out of it.
