You can find us at Neo Corporate Plaza on Ramchandra Lane. We’re in office 14, over in the Kanchpada area of Malad West. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses going on. We do business consultancy, which means we spend a lot of our time listening to what other business owners are struggling with. We started this because we like solving problems. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs and a lot of notebooks. We tend to write everything down. Ramchandra Lane gets quite crowded in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our big meetings done in the morning. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us who really know the Malad area and how things work around here. We talk to people in plain English, no fancy terms or confusing charts. If something is broken in a business, we just try to help fix it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work, and other times we head out early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way of working that suits us. We’ve been in this building for a while now and most of the other tenants know us. We just try to be a reliable neighbor and do good work for whoever walks through our door. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy enough.
