Span Medico

Span Medico is located in Shop No 7/A at Kanta Niwas on D J R. If you are looking for us in Vile Parle West, specifically in the Adajan Dn area, we are right opposite the Bank of Baroda. It’s a small shop, but it’s packed with everything we need to run things. The shelves go all the way up to the ceiling, and we have to use a small stool to reach the stuff at the top. Most of the day is spent checking prescriptions and handing out medicine to the people who live around here. You get to know everyone's name after a while. It’s a busy corner of the street, so there is always someone walking by or a scooter parking out front. We keep the shop clean, but it’s a tight fit with all the boxes coming in from the distributors. In the mornings, we spend time checking the stock and making sure we didn't run out of anything important. The fan hums in the corner and we usually have a radio playing quietly in the background. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. When it rains, we have to pull the plastic sheets down to keep the water from blowing inside. It’s a local spot where people come when they aren't feeling well or just need their regular supplies and a quick chat.
