Sona Clinic

Our clinic is at Shop Number 1 in the Rodrigues Apartment building. We are located in Yeshwant Nagar, which is part of the Vakola area in Santacruz East. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise from the street outside. The apartment building is an older one, and we are right on the ground floor so it is easy for people to walk in. We see a lot of the same faces every day because many of our patients live in the buildings right next to us. The space inside is quite small, just enough for a waiting bench and the doctor's desk. We keep our files in some old metal cabinets against the wall. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it is raining hard outside. Being in Santacruz East, we get people from all walks of life stopping by. It is not a place with shiny floors or fancy lights, just a basic medical clinic where we do what we can. Usually, the morning is quiet and then it picks up in the evening when everyone gets home from work. We have a small fan that stays on all day to keep the air moving. People know us by the small sign outside near the entrance of the building. It is just a neighborhood spot for when someone is feeling under the weather. We’ve been here for years and the locals know to just knock if the door is pulled to.
