If you’re looking for Smilestone Dental Clinic, we are tucked into Shop No. 1 at Makharia House. It’s on Shraddhanand Road in Vile Parle East. Most locals know the area because Navinbhai Thakkar Hall is just a short walk away from the door. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in without dealing with stairs or elevators. The shop is a bit compact, but it’s organized well enough for our needs. We have the front desk right by the door and the dental chairs in the back. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the rickshaws and people walking to the station, but once the door is shut, it’s quiet enough to work. We spend our mornings setting things up and checking the schedule for the day ahead. Sometimes the water pressure acts up or a light bulb flickers, but we just fix it and move on with things. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how each other works without having to talk about it too much. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic in the city, just a place where you can get your teeth looked at without a lot of unnecessary fuss. We keep our supplies stocked up in the cupboards and try to stay on top of the paperwork when it’s slow in the afternoons.
