Smile Care Dental Clinic

Our clinic is Shop No. 3 inside the Pragati Building, which is 168 S.C. Marg. We are right across from where the Dena Bank is in Noor Baug. It’s a very busy street, always filled with people walking to the bank or the other shops nearby. Our shop is on the ground floor, so people can just walk right in from the sidewalk. It’s not a very large space, just enough for the dental equipment and a small counter where we keep the phone and the appointment book. I’ve been at this Noor Baug location for a while now. The building is older, so it has some character, like the high ceilings and the way the door creaks a bit when it opens. We keep a fan going near the entrance because it gets stuffy with the door open to the street. I handle the front desk myself most of the time when I’m not busy with a patient. We have a shelf full of dental samples and pamphlets that mostly just collect dust. Most people who come in live right in the apartment blocks around S.C. Marg. They know us as the place across from the bank. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big waiting area, maybe just three chairs, so people sometimes wait outside on the step if it’s busy. We just try to get everyone seen without making them wait too long in the heat. It’s just us doing our daily work in the neighborhood.
