We are based in the Sai Krupa Building, right across from the MSCB office in Sion Koliwada. Our spot is near the Hemant Manjrekar Market in Bandra West, so there is always a lot going on outside our windows. Working in advertising sounds like it might be flashy, but for us, it’s mostly about the daily work of getting prints right and talking to local shop owners. Our office is often full of paper scraps and different design proofs that we’re working on. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. We don't have any big mission statements; we just help people get their posters and signs made. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble to get things finished. It’s a mix of sitting at the computer and running around the market area to see how things look once they’re put up. We know most of the vendors around here, and they know us. The building itself is just a regular place where we keep our gear and meet with people to discuss their ideas. It gets busy during festival seasons when everyone wants something new. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work that needs to get done for the day. There is always someone coming in with a last-minute request or a change of mind.
