Our office is at 30, Commercial Chambers on Masjid Bunder Road. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always packed with people and goods moving everywhere. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here at Skjgroup India for quite some time. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, especially on hot days, but we don't mind it much. Inside, it’s a typical trading office. We have old wooden desks and papers stacked up, though we’re trying to use the computer more these days to stay organized. It’s loud outside with the constant sounds of the market, but that’s just part of the experience of working here. We deal with various trades and it keeps us very busy. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a glass building and air conditioning everywhere. We’re right in the thick of things where the real trading happens. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who have been working together for years. We know the other traders on the street and often stop to chat about the market. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because most people find us through the people they know and trust. It’s a traditional way of doing business, but it works for us. We just focus on being honest and getting the work done. Every day brings a different challenge, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
