Simply Potatoes

We've been over here at High Street Phoenix in Lower Parel for a bit now. Most people know the spot near the Senapa side, and it gets pretty busy on the weekends with everyone out shopping. We focus on potatoes because that's really what we do best. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen getting things ready before the doors open at number 46. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular counter where we try to keep things moving for the customers. Sometimes the line gets long but we just work through it as fast as we can. People come in from S V Road or just wandering around the mall looking for a quick bite to eat. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the food is hot and ready. It’s honest work and we like seeing the regulars who stop by every week. The mall can be a loud and confusing place but we just stick to our corner and do our thing. We've got our daily routine down now. Every morning we check the stock and get started on the prep. It’s nothing complicated. We just wanted a place where you could get something simple without any fuss. Lower Parel has changed a lot since we first started but we’re still right here in the same spot. If you're walking past the Phoenix area, you'll probably see us. We keep things straightforward. No need for anything extra. Just potatoes and a place to sit.
