Siddhi Marbles

Siddhi Marbles is located at 5/243 in Dadar West. We are on the 6th Cross of Ashwathkatte Main Road, right in the Sultan Building. It's directly opposite the Kohinoor Technical Institute, which helps people find us. Dealing with marble is heavy work. We spend a lot of time moving slabs and cutting them to size. The dust is everywhere, no matter how much we clean. That’s just the nature of working with stone. Our shop in Kasturbanagar is usually filled with different types of marble pieces stacked against the walls. We've been in Dadar for a long time. People come in looking for stones for their floors or kitchens. We show them what we have in stock at the moment. It’s not a fancy showroom with air conditioning. It's more of a working yard. We have to be careful with the slabs because they can crack if you aren't paying attention. The guys here have been doing this for years, so we know how to handle the heavy lifting. It's a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with the other shops around the technical institute. We just keep the inventory moving and help out the folks who walk in. It's simple, physical work that keeps us on our feet all day long. Sometimes we have to spend hours just sorting through the smaller tiles to find a match for a customer. We don't use any high-tech computers for our work. It's mostly just tape measures, chalk, and the big saws. We are just a group of guys who know our way around stone. It's not a glamorous life, but it's what we know.
