Shubh Food Products is right on Lbs Marg. If you know the area, you know how busy that road gets at all hours. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular commercial spot where we do our work. Inside, it’s mostly about processing and packing. We’ve been on Lbs Marg for several years now and have seen businesses come and go. We’ve stayed because we focus on what we know best, which is food items. It's a lot of trial and error sometimes to get things just right. We don't have a team of fancy chefs, just regular people who have a good feel for ingredients. The workspace is often crowded with boxes and bags waiting to be moved out. It’s a noisy spot because of the traffic, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We don't spend our time writing big mission statements. We’d rather spend that time making sure the machinery is clean and the supplies are coming in on time. Most of our clients are local shops that have been buying from us for a long time. They know we’re just a small outfit trying to do things the right way. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. We just keep our heads down and get on with the day's tasks.
