Shrikhande Consultants P. Ltd.

We operate out of Champa Vihar on M.G. Road in Kandivali West. Shrikhande Consultants P. Ltd. has been at this 2-B address for a while, and the neighborhood hasn't changed much except for the shops on the ground floor. It’s a typical Mumbai office space where every square foot is put to use. We have cabinets lining the hallways because there just isn't enough room in the main offices for all the records we have to keep. The lighting is a bit dim in certain corners, but we have desk lamps for when we need to see the fine print on a contract. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so there isn't much need for formal meetings. We just talk across the room or catch up in the corridor. The area around us is always busy with shoppers and commuters, so there is always something to see if you look out the window for a minute. Lunchtime usually involves someone going down to get vada pav or sandwiches for the group. We don't really bother with a professional cleaning crew every day; we just tidy up our own spots and keep things moving. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on finishing the day's tasks so we can beat the rush back to the station. The building has that old Mumbai charm, even if the lift is a bit temperamental sometimes and requires a bit of patience.
