Shri Saraswati Food Udyog Private Limited

We are over in Malad West, specifically at A-1005 in the Sonata building. It’s part of Jankalyan Nagarmalad West, just off Marve Road. Shri Saraswati Food Udyog Private Limited has been operating from this high-rise for a while now. Being up on the tenth floor gives us a bit of a view of the Mumbai sprawl, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window. It’s a residential setup, but it’s where we handle all our food business affairs. Most of the day is spent on the phone or dealing with spreadsheets. We aren't a massive factory; we’re more about the management and the planning of food production. Malad is a busy place, and getting around 400095 can be a headache sometimes, but we’re used to it. We started this because we had some experience in the industry and wanted to try it on our own. It’s a small team, just a few of us who have been together since the start. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s just a kitchen table turned into a desk and a lot of hard work. We focus on getting things done properly and on time. It’s a simple business model and it keeps us busy. We like the Jankalyan area because it feels like a real neighborhood. We just do our thing and try to keep growing. It’s a lot of long hours but it feels good.
