Shreeram Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find our physiotherapy clinic at Shop No 2 in the Sandeep CHS. We are located in Malad West, specifically in the Evershine Nagar area. A good way to find us is to look for the Ushma Nagar bus stop, we are right opposite that. Being in a housing society means we get a lot of elderly residents coming in for their exercises. The shop is small, but we have enough room for a couple of treatment tables and some basic gear like weights and bands. Malad is always crowded, but Evershine Nagar feels a little more residential and settled. I start my day by opening the rolling shutter and setting up the machines. The noise from the bus stop is constant, but you stop noticing it after an hour. People come in with bad backs, sore knees, or after they’ve had some kind of surgery. It’s hard work, and sometimes the patients get frustrated when they don’t get better immediately. We just keep at it, session after session. I don't use any fancy talk or try to sell people things they don't need. It’s just straightforward physical therapy. The space is a bit cramped when we have more than two people in here, but we make it work. It’s an honest living and the people in the building are friendly. We’re just a small local shop trying to help people move better and feel a bit stronger every day.
