Our office and production space is at 401, Konark Shram. We are located at 156 Tardeo Road. Tardeo is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Inside Konark Shram, we are busy with food processing. It’s a lot of machinery noise and people making sure the quality is where it should be. We handle various food products and it takes a lot of coordination to get everything right. We aren't a big factory with thousands of workers. It’s a more tight-knit group of people who have been doing this for a long time. We wear our hairnets and aprons and just get to work. Some days the heat from the machines makes it pretty warm in there, even with the fans going. We have been Shreemirra Food Industries for a while, and we just focus on what we know. We don't have any fancy brochures. Most of our clients have been with us for years. They know where to find us in Tardeo. We spend a lot of time on the floor, not just sitting in the office. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves first. It’s practical, everyday work. We make sure the batches are packed correctly and the labels are on straight. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about doing the job right so we can come back and do it again tomorrow. The commute on Tardeo Road is the only thing we don't like.
