Shree Sai Physiotherapy Clinic

Our physiotherapy clinic is located at Shop No 3 in the Shri Pancham Avenue Building. If you know the Borivali West area, we are right on Shimpoli Road. The space inside is not very large, but we have managed to fit in the treatment tables and the exercise equipment we need for our daily work. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from around the neighborhood who are dealing with back pain or recovering from some kind of injury. We spend a lot of our time showing people how to do their stretches and making sure they are moving the right way so they do not hurt themselves further. The lighting is a bit bright and the fans hum all day, but it creates a focused environment. Sometimes the noise from the traffic on Shimpoli Road gets a bit loud, especially during the rush hour, but we just work through it. We do not do any big marketing or have a polished front office. It is just a practical place where we help people get their mobility back. Our schedule stays pretty full, and things can get a bit rushed in the evenings when everyone stops by after their jobs are finished. We keep our appointments written down in a big ledger at the front desk. It is a steady, straightforward business, and we have been at this spot long enough that most people nearby know exactly where to find us.
