Shree Physiotherapy Clinic

We are located on the second floor of Ratan Galaxy on Jawaharlal Nehru Road in Mulund West. It’s a fairly easy building to find. At Shree Physiotherapy Clinic, we spend our days helping people move their bodies better. We have some tables for stretching and various machines for heat or electrical stuff that helps with muscles. Most of our visitors are dealing with back pain from sitting at desks too long or sports injuries. Mulund West is a busy area, and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Road always has cars moving. Inside, we try to keep things focused. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it’s usually one of us checking the book. The sentences we use most are "does this hurt?" and "try to lift your leg." We aren't a big fancy gym, just a place for recovery. The rooms are clean and we have the basic gear needed for physical therapy. Sometimes the exercises are a bit boring, but they work if you actually do them. We get a lot of regulars who come in twice a week. It’s a simple setup where we focus on the physical work. No fancy slogans here, just people trying to get their joints moving again so they can get back to their normal lives. We just keep working until the last appointment for the day is finally done.
