If you go down to Worli Village you’ll find us right across from the Hanuman Mandir. It’s a landmark everyone knows so it’s easy to find the clinic. We’ve been serving the village community for a long time. The space is small and can get quite cramped when a few families come in at once. We have a simple waiting area with some benches. You can often hear the temple bells from across the street while you are waiting. It’s a very local atmosphere. We see everything from childhood fevers to the aches and pains that come with getting older. Most of our patients live within walking distance in the village. We don't have any high-tech systems. We just have our notebooks and the basic medical tools. The door stays open to let the breeze in but it also lets in the street noise. It’s part of being in the heart of the village. We aren't a big medical center with lots of departments. It’s just a small clinic where you can get a quick checkup. We know the people here and they know us. There’s no need for big speeches or fancy brochures. People come in when they need help and we do what we can. It’s a simple, honest way to run a clinic in a place like Worli Village. Most people prefer coming here because they don't have to deal with the crowds at the city hospitals. We just take things slow and make sure everyone gets a few minutes.
