Shree Balaji Clinic

We are located in Shop Number 21 of the Yamnotri Building. Mahavir Nagar is always moving, so there is a lot of energy around us. Kandivali West is a busy place to be. Our clinic is small, just like most shops in this area. We have to make the most of the space we have. There’s a desk for the doctor and a small partitioned area for examinations. People come in from the nearby apartment buildings all day long. Some are in a hurry to get back to work, others take their time to explain their problems. We hear the traffic outside constantly. It’s just part of the background noise in Mumbai. We keep the place clean, but with so many people walking in from the street, it's a constant task. We handle common illnesses mostly. If someone has a cough or a stomach ache, they come see us. We have a small fridge for certain medicines that need to stay cool. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we are doing. Our hours are pretty standard for the neighborhood. We close up when the market starts to quiet down. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most of the other shopkeepers are our friends. We look out for each other. It’s a tight-knit spot despite being in such a big city. We just do our bit to keep the neighbors healthy and moving throughout their busy lives.
