Shraddha Heart Hospital

Shraddha Heart Hospital is over in Ghatkopar West, specifically at A-101 in the Chandrodaya building on R. B. Kadam Marg. It’s a busy part of the city. Being a heart hospital means we deal with some serious stuff, but the atmosphere inside is pretty ordinary. We spend our time looking at heart monitors and checking blood pressure. The hallways are narrow and we have a lot of equipment tucked into corners. People come here because they’re worried about their chests or they need their regular checkups after a procedure. It can get a bit intense when things are moving fast, but mostly it’s just a routine. The R. B. Kadam Marg road outside is always packed with cars and people going about their business. We can hear the city through the walls. Inside, we have those blue chairs for visitors and a reception desk that usually has a stack of folders on it. We aren't a giant corporate hospital with glass walls. We are just a local place in a residential building. The doctors and nurses are usually running around between rooms. We try to keep the machines humming along and the patients comfortable. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just focus on the task at hand. Families sit in the lobby and wait, sometimes for a long time. We do what we can with the space we have here in Ghatkopar.
