Shivam Eye Care Centre

If you’re looking for Shivam Eye Care Centre, you’ll find us on the 2nd floor in the B Wing of the Shivam building. We’re right above the Bank of India in Borivali East. It’s a convenient spot, though you have to head up the stairs or take the lift to reach us. We’ve been here for a good while, helping people with their glasses and eye exams. The clinic isn't overly large, just enough space for the testing equipment and a small area to sit while you wait. We see all sorts of people, from kids getting their first pair of frames to older folks who need their vision checked. The light in the office is bright because we need to see what we’re doing. It’s usually pretty quiet except for the sound of the machines or someone reading out letters from a chart. We don’t go in for big sales pitches or fancy displays. Mostly, we just talk to people about how they’re seeing and try to find a solution that works for them. Sometimes the waiting room gets full on Saturday mornings, but people are generally patient. The staff here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning the lenses. We’re just a local eye shop doing our thing in Borivali. It’s a steady pace, and we like being part of the community here.
