Shifa Clinic

You can find Shifa Clinic at Shop Number 3 in the Cotia Apartments, which is at number 292 Bellasis Road. We are right across from the City Centre and the Big Bazaar, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside. Sometimes it feels like the whole city is passing by our window. Being near Hotel Sahil means we get all sorts of people walking in, not just the regulars who live in the apartments above us. The clinic is small, but we made sure to fit in everything we need. We have a couple of examination tables and a small area where we keep the patient files. The air conditioner in the back room makes a loud humming sound, but it keeps the heat away during the summer months. The shop has glass doors that we have to clean twice a day because of the fingerprints from all the kids. It is a busy life here on Bellasis Road. We see people for all kinds of things, from small cuts to general aches and pains. Since we are in the Cotia Apartments building, we have become friends with many of the residents who stop by just to say hello even if they aren't sick. We don't have much space for a big lobby, so people often end up chatting with each other while they wait. It is a very local kind of feeling despite being in such a crowded part of town.
