You can find Sheetal Sandwich Corner right in the middle of MJ Market 12, on Sir Vithaldas Gally in Andheri. It’s a busy spot, especially during the lunch hour when everyone from the market is looking for a quick bite. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s just a small corner, really. We spend most of the day slicing bread, chopping vegetables, and spreading chutney. It gets pretty hot behind the counter, but that's just part of the job. There's always a lot of noise from the market around us—shouting, carts moving, and people haggling. We just focus on making the sandwiches as fast as we can. We have a few different types, the usual ones people ask for. Some people like them toasted, some don't. We use a lot of butter and cheese, which is what most folks seem to want. It's a tight space, so we have to stay organized. We know a lot of the other shopkeepers in the gally. They come by for their daily snack. It’s not a fancy restaurant, just a place to get a decent sandwich while you’re out shopping or working. We don't have a lot of seating, so most people just stand and eat or take it with them. It’s a simple business, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. It’s how we make our living and we’re happy with that. We just keep the bread fresh and the chutney spicy.
