Shashant Munglokars Clinic

This is the clinic of Shashant Munglokar, located inside the Kanji Ketsi Building in Girgaon. We are at room 109. The building is one of those older structures in the Althan area. It’s not a big hospital, just a small private practice where people come when they aren't feeling well. The waiting area has a few chairs and some old magazines that nobody really reads anymore. We try to keep the place as clean as possible, but being in an old building has its challenges with the walls and pipes. I’ve been working here for quite a while now. Most of the patients are people from the surrounding blocks who have been coming to us for years. We know their families and their medical histories by heart. It’s a quiet place for the most part, unless the morning rush is on. The walls are painted a simple white, and the floors are the old-fashioned tile kind that you don't see much. We don’t have any fancy digital screens or anything, just a desk and the medical equipment needed for checkups. Scheduling can be a bit of a mess sometimes because we still use a paper diary for most things. It’s just the way we’ve always done it. People seem to appreciate that it’s a familiar spot for them. We open in the mornings, take a break in the afternoon, and then we stay open until the appointments finish.
