We are up on the 7th floor of A Wing in the building on Gurav Pimple Road in Malad West. Sharma Advertising & Marketing Pvt Ltd is just a group of us working in an office space. Malad West is a huge area, and it can be a bit of a struggle to get through the traffic to get here every morning. From the 7th floor, you can see a bit of the surrounding area, which is mostly rooftops and other office buildings. We spend our days on the phone, on our computers, or sitting around a table trying to figure out how to help a client get more attention. It’s not like the glamorous advertising world you see on TV; it’s a lot of spreadsheets and emails. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and some light chatter. We have our desks set up in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs. Gurav Pimple Road is always moving, but once you get up to the 7th floor, it’s a bit quieter. We are just a private company trying to do our work and keep things going. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when a deadline is coming up. But that’s just how the marketing business goes. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we go down to the local stalls for a quick bite during lunch.
