SHARDA YARNS LLP

Our office is on the 6th floor of Mittal Tower, over at Nariman Point. It is B/66. Being in Nariman Point means we are right in the middle of the old business district of Mumbai. You can see the sea from some of the windows in the building, which is a nice break when the work gets a bit much. We deal with yarns. It sounds simple, but there is a lot of detail involved in getting the right counts and types for the customers. Our office is a busy place with phones ringing and people coming in and out. It is not a fancy showroom, just a place where we do the actual work. We have stacks of yarn samples and price lists all over the place. We have been in this building for a while, and we know most of the people on our floor. It is a very Mumbai way of working—fast-paced and a little bit cramped. We do not spend money on expensive decor; we would rather just focus on making sure the orders are correct. Sometimes the monsoon makes the commute to Nariman Point a bit of a challenge, but we are always here. If you need to find us, just take the lift to the sixth floor. We are usually around, drinking tea and trying to keep the yarn trade moving smoothly. It is what we know how to do, and we just stick to that.
