We operate out of Building A202 in the Blue Empire Complex. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Mahavir Nagar, right across from the New Link Road. Kandivali West is a crowded place, and we are right in the middle of it all. Most days, we are busy handling different food items and making sure everything is packed correctly. The Blue Oasis area is always moving, so there is never a dull moment. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and food seemed like the right thing to do. We don't have a big team or a polished office. It’s just a straightforward operation where we focus on what needs to be done. Sometimes the traffic on Link Road makes it hard for people to reach us quickly, but we are usually here until late. We keep our supplies organized in the storage area as much as we can. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but we don’t mind it. Our day usually involves checking the stock and talking to the people who handle the transport. It’s a simple routine that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. People know us as the local food business in the complex, and that’s fine by us. We spend a lot of time just labels on bags and checking the inventory lists to make sure we didn't forget anything.
