Sharad R Nadkarni

You can find us over at 17/28/29 Lamington Road. The name is Sharad R Nadkarni. We have a few different units here in the Talmakiwadi area, right off Tardeo Road. Lamington Road is a famous place, always buzzing with people looking for electronics and parts. It is a bit of a maze if you aren’t familiar with the layout. We have rooms spread out, so we are often running from one to the other throughout the day. It keeps us on our toes, quite literally. The building is an old one, with those narrow stairs and thick walls. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we have fans going in every corner. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the shops around us change owners many times. Our space is crowded with all sorts of things we need for the daily grind. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. The noise from the traffic on Tardeo Road is something you just get used to after a while. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We spend our mornings sorting through the mail and our afternoons dealing with whoever walks through the door. It’s a busy life, but it’s honest work. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We are just a local fixture in a very busy part of the city. We like the routine and the familiar faces in the building.
