Shahs Dental Clinic

Shahs Dental Clinic is over in Chunabhatti, located right at Shop Number 14 in the Krishnalaya building. It’s a small shop space that we’ve turned into our dental office. Being in a shop means we are right at street level, which makes it easy for people to just pop their heads in and ask a question. Chunabhatti is always moving, and there’s a lot of foot traffic around Krishnalaya during the day. We have enough room for the essential dental equipment and a small corner for people to sit while they wait their turn. It’s not a very big area, so it can feel a bit tight if a whole family comes in at once, but we make it work. The walls have a few posters on them, and we keep our instruments in the cabinets along the side. We don't have a big receptionist team or anything like that; it’s just a few of us handling everything from the cleaning to the appointments. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood, and we’ve gotten used to the sounds of the local traffic and the other shops nearby. It’s a very local kind of place, nothing fancy or corporate about it. We just open up the shop every morning and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. It keeps us quite busy but it’s a good way to spend the time here.
