Shah Smylz Multispeciality Dental Clinic

We are tucked away in A 102 of the Archana Apartment over in Dahanukar Wadi. It is on Gokhale Road and if you are driving fast you might miss the turnoff. Shah Smylz Multispeciality Dental Clinic is what we call it but mostly people just say they are going to the dentist. The stairs in the building can be a bit steep so some people take the lift if it is working right that day. Inside the clinic it is that classic white look with the big chairs that lean back. We have the drills and the little sinks and the lights that shine right in your eyes. It is not the most fun place to be for some people but we try to be quick about it. The waiting room has a few old magazines and a water cooler that bubbles loudly sometimes. Gokhale Road is usually humming with noise from the street shops and cars. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tools and making sure everything is ready for the next person. Sometimes we are running behind because a tooth takes longer to fix than we thought it would. That is just how dental work goes. You can't always plan for what you find when someone opens their mouth. We just stay here and fix what needs fixing and then go home like everyone else. Archana Apartment is where we spend most of our waking hours and we are used to it.
