Service Engineer

We've been working out of the TTC Industrial Area in Rabale for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at W-404 inside the Kabasu Cantrol System Pvt Ltd setup. It’s a busy spot in Navi Mumbai, but it works for what we do as service engineers. We mostly handle technical maintenance and fixing things that break down. Being in the MIDC area means there's always something going on nearby. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. People usually call us when a machine stops working or needs a check-up. We spend a lot of our time on-site, but this is where we keep our tools and parts. Most of the days are spent looking at diagrams or testing parts to see why they failed. It can get a bit loud with the surrounding industry, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who know we're here in the industrial estate. We try to be straightforward with people about how long a job will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so things might take a couple of days longer than we'd like. We just try to fix what’s in front of us and move on to the next job. It's steady work and keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
