SERVE IQ ENTERPRISES LLP is situated in Durga Nagar, right in the Sindhuratna Chawl. We are on the Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road, which is one of the busiest streets you can imagine. Our spot is opposite the Namaskar Building. It is a very grounded location. Working in a chawl means you are right in the middle of everything. You hear the neighbors, the street vendors, and the heavy traffic from the JVLR all day long. It is not a polished corporate office with a reception desk. It is more of a practical workspace where we just sit down and get to it. The room is part of Jogeshwari East 2. We have our files organized on the shelves and the computers are always on. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. During the rains, the sound on the roof is quite loud. We usually have the door open a crack to let some air in, even with the dust from the road. People walk by and say hello sometimes. It is a community feel. We do not spend money on fancy branding or decorations. The walls are a simple color and the floor is easy to clean. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to stay ahead of the schedule. It is a very real, hardworking environment in a very busy part of town. We just deal with whatever the day brings our way.
