Serraf Clinic

Down in the A Wing of Hirakutir B, you can find our place at Room No 4. We are located in Malad East, in the Walkeshwar area. The Eastern Mall is quite close to us, which is a good landmark for people to find the building. You can see the shoppers and the lights from the mall from the main road. Our building is a little bit further back from all that noise. Room 4 is where we see people and do our work. It is a simple clinic setup under the name Serraf Clinic. We have a desk for the doctor and a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The walls are white and we try our best to keep them clean. It usually smells like cleaning spirit inside. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit when it is turned on high. The windows are small and show the back of the building. Malad 400097 is a very busy area these days. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that people arrive a bit late. We don't mind much. We don't have a big waiting room, just some space in the hallway with a couple of wooden benches. Most of the people who come here live in Hirakutir or the nearby blocks. We have been in this wing for a few years. It is a bit cramped when many people come at once, but we manage just fine.
