Semikron India

Our office is in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, specifically at D-601 in Prithvi Park. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the highway. We operate as Semikron India from here. Datta Mandir Road is usually busy in the mornings with people heading to work. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a comfortable space, even if it gets a bit crowded with all the equipment we have to keep around. We don't really have a big public front, so most people who come here are already familiar with what we do. It’s mostly about distribution and making sure the right parts get to the right places across the country. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around and chatting with the neighbors. It’s a very local feel for a company that deals with stuff for all of India. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just have good chairs and a working internet connection. The team is pretty tight-knit. We take turns bringing in snacks. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Sanpada is a nice place to work because you have everything you need nearby. We’re just a small part of the bustle here.
